11/27/2019 UPDATE: Thank you to all who donated from November 24th through November 26th! In just two days, we've raised $2,630.00 to help with the Feeding Los Cabos Kids Posadas! I've shut down the link for donations during this drive, but you can still donate at the Feeding Los Cabos Kids website. feedingloscaboskids.org We're still in need of candy for the Posada Goodie Bags! You can bring candy donations to the Feeding Los Cabos Kids office, The Caboholic Store, or Cabo Cantina. Thank you!  Feeding Los Cabos Kids is a nonprofit organization that focuses on feeding children living in the poorest neighborhoods in the Los Cabos community. The organization was founded by Donna Brnjic 14 years ago. With your help and generous support, the organization has since built 14 kitchens in the neediest areas of Los Cabos. These community kitchens feed up to 2000 children daily. Christmastime is a very special time for so many of us, but to these children, it is extra special. Feeding Los Cabos Kids (with the help of some very generous and caring supporters) gives the children in these areas a Posada. A Christmas party with a specially prepared meal, cake, candy, and a wrapped gift for each child. The children enjoy singing, dancing, and goody bag filled with candy! When the party’s over, they go home with their gifts, a bag full of treats, a full belly, a smiling face and the memory of very special Christmas! There will be an estimated 2000 children attending the 14 posadas that are scheduled for this year. These posadas are all funded by donations from all of you! As the saying goes, ”It Takes a Village”. The needs are great, but if each of us helps however we can, the combined efforts get it done! The cost of each posada is 400.00usd - 500.00usd, which covers 150 - 200 children attending. There is no donation too large or too small. Whether you are in a position to donate a few dollars towards the cause or are in a position to and would like to sponsor one of the posadas entirely, all is needed and sincerely appreciated.
