The Caboholics Cocktail Competition takes place on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 at the Plaza Nautica Courtyard, between the Caboholic Store and Cabo Cantina. It is a fundraising event that benefits Feeding Los Cabos Kids, El Ranchito Dog Shelter, and the Los Cabos Volunteer Fire Department.

In appreciation of all the great bartenders in Cabo, this event is our way of giving them an opportunity promote their bar or restaurant, meet some new friends / customers, and have a great time while helping to raise funds for charity.

There is no entry fee for bartenders representing a local bar or restaurant, but you will have to provide your own ingredients for entry. There are SEVEN categories you can enter and win. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each category

What you need to bring:
You'll have table from where you can prepare and serve your cocktail, we'll provide tasting cups, and ice. You'll need to bring your cocktail, a blender, if your cocktail is blended, and small ice chest for your ice. You can also bring any business advertising / promotional flyers, coupons, etc. to hand out. You're also welcome bring T-shirts, caps, other items you can sell from your table.

TASTING / JUDGING TIMES:
10:30 - 12:00noon: BLOODIES & COFFEE COCKTAILS
12:30 - 2:00pm: MARGARITAS & DAIQUIRIS
2:30 - 4:00pm: MOJITOS & MARTINIS
4:30 - 6:00: SHOTS, SHOTS, & SHOTS
7:00 - Winners announced / Awards Ceremony

Prizes:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place in each category.  Ribbons, Certificates, Advertising on the Caboholics website, and BRAGGING RIGHTS!
In addition, all bartenders are welcome to the "after party" after pm to mix and mingle and finish up all the leftover cocktails

You must arrive 30 minutes before judging times to sign in and set up for your competition.
